August 21, 2025NEET UG 2025 Round 2 counselling registration is now open and will remain active until August 26 for candidates seeking admission to MBBS and BDS programmes. The choice filling window will be available from August 22 to 26, and the seat allotment results will be announced on August 29, 2025.
August 14, 2025The deadline for NEET UG 2025 Round 1 reporting and joining has been extended to August 22, 2025. All candidates allotted seats are required to visit their respective institutes and complete the admission and joining procedures within the stipulated time to confirm their seats.
August 13, 2025The NEET UG 2025 Round 1 seat allotment result is now available on mcc.nic.in. Allotted candidates are required to report to their respective institutes and complete document verification by August 18, 2025.

You can use the NEET UG score to register for the MCC NEET UG counselling to get admission to the Silchar Medical College MBBS course, but the fees will remain the same for everyone. Since Silchar Medical College is a government medical college, the fees is quite low. Silchar Medical College fees for MBBS is Rs 10,000 per year. You can pay the fees in instalments also.

Silchar Medical College accepts class 12 scores and entrance exam scores for admission to MBBS courses. Even if you have three subject improvements in class 12, you can still apply for admission. However, you must have taken the PCB course combination in class 12. Then you also need to appear in the NEET UG exam. Then register for the NEET UG counselling conducted by MCC. For 2024, MCC NEET UG counselling registration for round one of counselling will start from August 14, 2024. Once you get a seat at Silchar Medical College for MBBS you need to pay the admission fee to secure your seat.
